Alteration of seats in different courses

(1) The Academic Council may propose the alteration of seats in different courses to the Board through the President. (2) The President may, after considering the proposal received for alteration of seats, recommend the alteration of seats to the Board stating reasons for such alteration. (3) The Board may approve the alteration as proposed by the Academic Council and recommended by the President: Provided that such alteration shall not be made for those courses for which specific number of seats is permitted by the Regulating Bodies.
