Qualifications for the post of Registrar

The qualifications of Registrar shall be as per the guidelines or regulations issued by the UGC, from time to time: Provided that minimum qualifications shall not be insisted upon for candidates who have served as Registrar or Deputy Registrar in other Universities for at least 2 years or who have served in State or Central Government administrative service and who have not completed age of 70 years.
