Annual Reports and Accounts

(1) The Budget estimates for the forthcoming year shall be prepared by the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer and submitted to the Board through Finance Committee. (2) The annual report and the annual accounts and balance sheets are to be prepared by the Chief Finance and Account Officer and submitted to the Board through the Finance Committee. (3) There shall be an annual detailed audit by a registered Chartered Accountant.
