(1) For the purpose of enforcing the provision contained in the Chapter, the Health Officer, or any of his subordinates at below the rank of Health or sanitary Inspector may, at all reasonable times, after giving such notice in writing as may appear to him reasonable, enter and inspect any land or building within his jurisdiction an carry out insecticidal measures therein; and the occupier or the owner, as the case may be, of such land or building shall give all facilities necessary for such entry, inspection and measures, and supply of such information as may be required of him for the purpose aforesaid.
(2) To ensure privacy for the female occupants and regard for social and religious usage, due notice as may appear reasonable to the inspecting Officer shall be given to the occupier of the premises.
