Provided that nothing containded in this section shall apply to any power of Government to make rules under this Act or to their powers under sections 6,11,12,19,23, 71, 84, 126, 127, 128, and 141.

Act to override other enactments If a any provision relating to public health contained in any other enactment in force in (Madhya Pradesh) I is repugnant to any provision contained in this Act, the latter provision shall prevail and the former provision shall, to the extent of the repugnancy, be void.
