Certain medical practitioners to certify as to freedom from leprosy

Every authorised practitioner shall, if so desired and on payment of a fee of five rupees, examine any person for leprosy and if on such examination he finds that such person-

1. (i) is not suffering from leprosy; or
2. (ii) is suffering from leprosy which is non infectious; or
3. (iii) has been cured of leprosy; he shall grant him a certificate to that effect the prescribed form.
