Restrictions on letting lodging-houses to persons suffering from tuberculosis

No person, his agent of manager shall let his lodging-house or any part thereof for a patient suffering from or undergoing treatment for tuberculosis of the lung or abdomen or any other organ of the body unless the same has been licensed for use as a lodging-house for such patients in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
