Local authority to provide adequate facilities to the Health Officer

Every local authority shall provide its Health Officer with such clerical assistance, office accommodation, furniture, equipment, stationery, and forms as may mbe in the opinion of the [Director of Health Services] be necessary for the proper conduct of the business of such Health Officer.
