Cancellation of registration by Court

When the registered keeper of a lodging-house is convicted of a offence under this Chapter or under section 55 or a rule or bye-law applicable to him made under this Act, the court by which he is convicted may cancel his registration as a lodging-house keeper and may order that he be disqualified for such period as the Court thinks fit for being again registered as such keeper.
