Statutory text

(1) The keeper of a lodging-house shall, if so required by the executive authority, affix, and keep affixed and undefaced and legible, a notice with the words “Registered Loding House” in some conspcuous place on the outside of the house.
(2) The keeper of a lodging-house and every other person having the case, or taking part in the managment thereof, shall at all time allow the executive authority, the health officer or any other person authorised by the executive authority or Health Officer in this behalf, to have free access to all parts of the house.
