Register of lodging-houses

Every executive authority shall keep a register in which shall be entered--

1. (a) the full name and the place of residence of every person registered as the keeper of a lodging-house;
2. (b) the situation of every such lodging-house;
3. (c) the number of persons authorized to be received in the lodging-house; and
4. (d) the full names and the places of residence of any persons who are to act as deputies of the keeper of the lodging-house.
