It shall be lawful for the Health Officer or his authorised agents to carry out such insecticidal measures as the Board may determine to be necessary in respect of any such place.

Health Officer's powers in case of default If the person on whom a notice is served under section 88 fails, or refuses to take the measures or adopt the method of treatment, specified in such notice within the time specified therein, the Health Officer himself shall take such measures or adopt such treatment, an recover the cost of doing so from the owner or occupier of the property, as the case may be.
