Notice not to be invalid

No notice shall be invalid on account of any defect or omission in its form. Proceedings of each Committee shall be read out before a meeting of the Gaon Panchayat or Circle Panchayat, as the case may be, which may, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, revise any decision of a Committee.
