General Prohibition and directions for inspections

The use of pen and ink during inspection is strictly prohibited. Pencil and paper may be used for making the notes from the records or paper inspected. The inspection of the record shall be noted on the record or paper inspected. The inspection of the record shall be noted in the presence of an officer of the Gaon Panchayat, Circle Panchayat or Panchayati Adalat, as the case may be.
