Qualification for other staff

Other staff required for the Gaon Panchayat or the Circle Panchayat shall possess the educational qualification of Hindustani Middle examination or any other examination declared by the Chief Commissioner as equivalent thereto: Provided that preference shall ordinarily be given to experienced hands.
