Changes in Gaon Sabha Area

(1) The Chief Commissioner may, at any time, by notification in the official Gazette, either on his own motion or on the application of a Gaon Sabha include any area in or exclude any area from a Gaon Sabha Area established under Section 150 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, and make such incidental and consequential orders as may be necessary for effecting the charge. (2) Where by notification under sub-section (1) any area is included in the jurisdiction of a Gaon Sabha, such area shall thereupon become subject to all notifications, rules, regulations, bye-laws and orders made under this or any other enactment in force in the area within the jurisdiction of the aforesaid Gaon Sabha.
