Committee

Subject to the condition prescribed, a Gaon Panchayat may establish a committee to assist it in the discharge of any specified duty or class of duties and may delegate to such committee such of its powers as may be necessary for the purpose of rendering such assistance. (1) Vote shall be taken by "show of hands".
