Requisition for withdrawal

(1) Subject to the provisions of clause (2) of this rule, money shall not be paid from the fund except on a requisition for withdrawal signed by the Pradhan or Sarpanch, or such other officer as may be appointed by the Panchayat in this behalf. (2) Sums for amounts less than rupees ten shall be paid in cash from the permanent advance, but shall be duly supported by receipt from the payee.
