Audit

The accounts of a Gaon Sabha shall be audited every year by such person and in such manner as may be prescribed. If any ballot paper which has been issued to an elector has not been inserted by him into any ballot box, but, is found anywhere in or near the Polling Station, it shall be cancelled and dealt with in a manner, similar to that laid down in Rule 40.
