Procedure subsequent to notification under section 71

(1)Any inhabitant of the market area or of the areas affected by the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 70 may, if he objects to anything contained therein, submit his objections in writing to the State Government within the period specified for this purpose in the said notification.

1. (2) When the period specified in the said notification has expired and the State Government has considered and passed orders on such objection as may have been submitted to it within the said period, the State Government may, by notification, -

2. (2) ÏæÚUæ 10 ·ð¤ ©UÂÕ¢Ï ©UÂÏæÚUæ (1) ·ð¤ ¥ÏèÙ ç·¤âè ׇÇUè âç×çÌ ·ð¤ »ÆUÙ ·¤ô ©Uâè Âý·¤æÚU Üæ»ê ãUô´»ð çÁâ Âý·¤æÚU ç·¤ ßð ÂýÍ× ÕæÚU SÍæçÂÌ ·¤è »§ü ç·¤âè ×¢ÇUè ·ð¤ çÜ° ׇÇUè âç×çÌ ·ð¤ »ÆUÙ ·¤ô Üæ»ê ãUôÌð ãñ´UÐ
   • (b) constitute a new market committee for the market area amalgamated; or
   • (c) split up an existing market area and constitute two or more market committees for such areas, as the case may be; or
   • (d) disestablish the market.
