Delegation of powers

3[(2) The Managing Director may delegate to any officer of the State Mandi Board Service any of the powers conferred on him by or under this Act].

1[(3) The Managing Director or the Officer empowered under this section, while exercising powers under thisAct or the rules made thereunder to enquire into or to decide any question arising for determination between the market committee and any person or between parties to any proceedings, shall be deemed to be a court.)
