Chapter II Establishment of Markets
Statutory text
- (a) no local authority shall, notwith standing anything contained in any enactment for the time being in force, set up, establish, continue or use or allow to be set up, established, continued or used any place in the market area for the marketing of any notified agricultural produce;

- (i) use any place in the market area for the marketing of the notified agricultural produce: or
