Regulation of persons operating in market area

No person shall, in respect of any notified agricultural produce, operate in the market area as commission agent, trader, 1[broker,]1 weighman, hammal, surveyor, warehouse-man, owner or occupier of processing or pressing factories or 2[Farmer Producer Organization or operator of private market yard or operator of private sub market yard or operator of private farmer consumer yards or Terminal Market Complex]2 or such other market functionary except in accordance with the provision of this Act and the rules and byelaws made thereunder. 31.×´ÇUè ÿæð˜æ ×ð´ ·¤æØü ·¤ÚUÙð ßæÜð ÃØç€ÌØæð´
