Appeal

(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Chairman market committee or the Managing Director passed under 1[Section 32 or section 33 as the case may be] prefer an appeal

1. (a) to the market committee, where such order is passed by the Chairman;
2. (b) to the Director where such order is passed by the market committee; and
3. (c) to the 2[State Government] where such order is passed by the Director. ßãUæ¡ ×´ÇUè âç×çÌ ·¤æð; (¹) ÁãUæ¡ °ðâæ ¥æÎðàæ ×´ÇUè âç×çÌ mæÚUæ ÂæçÚUÌ ç·¤Øæ ãUæð, ßãUæ¡ ÂýÕ´Šæ â´¿æÜ·¤ ·¤æð; ¥æñÚU (») ÁãUæ¡ °ðâæ ¥æÎðàæ ÂýÕ´Šæ â¿æÜ·¤ mæÚUæ ÂæçÚUÌ ç·¤Øæ »Øæ ãUæð, ßãUæ¡ 2[ÚUæ’Ø âÚU·¤æÚU] ·¤æð; ¥ÂèÜ ·¤ÚU â·ð¤»æÐ

1. (2) An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made

   • (i) within seven days from the date of receipt of the order, where such appeal is against the order of the Chairman; and

3. (3) The Appellate Authority may if it considers it necessary so to do, grant a stay of the order appealed against for such period as it may deem fit.

6. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Board passed under Section 32- B or 33-A, as the case may be, may prefer an appeal to the State Government, within forty days of receipt of the order.
7. (2) The Appellate Authority if it con- siders it necessary, may stay the order appealed against for such period as it may deem fit.
8. (3) The order passed by the State Gov- ernment, shall subject to the order in the appeal under this section, be final and shall not be called in question in any court of law.

(3) ÚUæ’Ø àææâÙ mUæÚUæ ÂæçÚUÌ ç·¤Øæ »Øæ ¥æÎðàæ, §Uâ ŠææÚUæ ·ð¤ ¥ŠæèÙ ¥ÂèÜ ×ð´ çΰ »° ¥æÎðàæ ·ð¤ ¥ŠØŠæèÙ ÚUãUÌð ãéU°, ¥´çÌ× ãUæð»æ ÌÍæ ç·¤âè Öè ‹ØæØæÜØ ×ð´ ÂýoA»Ì ÙãUè´ ç·¤Øæ ÁæØð»æÐ (4)çÙÁè ×´ÇUè Âýæ´»‡æ Øæ çÙÁè ©UÂ- ׇÇUè Âýæ´»‡æ market yard or private sub- market yard or private farmer consumer yard and Market Committee shall be reffered to the State Government after the approval of the Board, by the Managing Director; the State Governmnet shall resolve the Dispute after giving the parties a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
