Return of Identification Badge etc.

Any person who for any reason ceases to be a member of a Village/Town Defence Party shall forthwith deliver, to the Superintendent of Police or to an officer authorized by him, his identification Badge and all records and documents maintained by him as a member of the Town Defence Party.
