Panel for selection of Independent Members

Independent Members of the State Police Board shall be appointed on the recommendation of a Selection Panel, which shall consist of- (a) a retired Chief Justice or Judge of a High Court as its Chairperson; (b) the Chairperson of the State Public Service Commission; and (c) the Chairperson of the State Election commission.
