Mounted Police

(1) There may be provided for the State, such number of Mounted police as may be determined by the State Government from time to time for the purpose of patrols, crowd control and access to difficult areas. (2) The Director General of Police shall issue standing orders with regard to procurement, management, maintenance and training of the Mounted Police.
