Misconduct

A Police officer shall, in addition to any other delinquent act or behaviour as specified in the rules, be liable for disciplinary action for any of the following misconduct, namely:- (a) disobedience of lawful orders; (b) neglect of duty; (c) insubordination or oppressive conduct; (d) malingering or unauthorized absence from duty! (e) act of cowardice; (f) misuse of authority; or (g) any act unbecoming of a Police officer.
