Whoever, having ceased to be a Police olficer, does not forlhwith deliver up his/hercertificate of appointment, clothing, accoulrements and other wherewlthal supp ied 1o him for lhe execution oi his duty, shall on convlcuon by a coun oi law. be liable to a fine.
