Statutory text
  1. (1) A University by the name of "Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences" shall be established in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. (2) The headquarters of the University shall be at Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow), District Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
  3. (3) The University shall be a body corporate by the aforesaid name, having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
