Statutory text
- (1) All recognised teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates shall be conducted under the control of the General Council in terms of the provisions of the statutes, ordinances and regulations.
- (2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be as prescribed.
