कार्य परिषद् का सम्मलेन

१९. (१) कार्य परिषद् का सम्मलेन तीन माह में कम से कम एक बार होगा.

(२) कार्य परिषद् का अध्यक्ष कार्य परिषद् के सम्मलेन की अध्यक्षता करेगा और उसकी अनुपस्थिति में उपस्थित सदस्य, सम्मलेन की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए अपने में से एक व्यक्ति को निर्वाचित करेंगे.

(३) कार्य परिषद् के सम्मलेन में उसके चार सदस्यों से गणपूर्ति होगी.

(४) कार्य परिषद् के प्रत्येक सदस्य का एक मत होगा और यदि कार्य परिषद् द्वारा अवधारित किए जाने वाले किसी प्रश्न पर बराबर-बराबर मत हैं तो कार्य परिषद् के अध्यक्ष को या यथास्थिति, अध्यक्षता करने वाले सदस्य का उसके अतिरिक्त, एक निर्णायक मत होगा.

1. (5) If urgent action by the Executive Council becomes necessary, the Vice- Chancellor may permit the business to be transacted by circulation of papers to the members of the Executive Council. The action proposed to be taken shall not be taken unless agreed to by a majority of members of the Executive Council. The action so taken shall be forthwith intimated to all the members of the Executive Council.
