उपाÚय¢ं के अͬधकार और कत[åय बाजार सͧमǓत का उपाÚय¢Ǔनàन काय[ करɅगे (क) इस अͬधǓनयम या Ǔनयमɉ मɅ Ǒदए गए अनुसार, अÚय¢ कȧ अनुपिèथǓत मɅ, बाज़ार सͧमǓत कȧ बैठक कȧ अÚय¢ता करɅगे; (ख) अÚय¢ के चुनाव लंǒबत रहने या अÚय¢ कȧ अनुपिèथǓत के दौरान अÚय¢ के शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करɅगɅ और कत[åयɉ का पालन करɅगɅ ।
