(1) (three) Secretary incharge of Finance Department Government of Chhattisgarh; Member (four) Secretary incharge of Industry Department Government of Chhattisgarh; Member (five) Kulpati- Rajiv Gandhi Praudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal; Member (six) Director of Indian Institute of Technology nominated by Kuladhipati; Member (seven) Chairman Confederation of Indian Industries East zone; Member (eight) Two principals of affiliated colleges or polytechnics or institutions to be nominated by the Kuladhipati by rotation, according to seniority; Member (nine) All Deans of Faculties; Member (ten) Two Professors from the University teaching Departments/ affiliated Colleges or Institutions to be nominated by the Kuladhipati, by rotation according to seniority; Member (eleven) Two Heads of Departments from affiliated Polytechnics to be nominated by the Kuladhipati, by rotation according to seniority; (twelve) Director Technical Education, Chhattisgarh; Member (thirteen) Chairman All India Council for Technical Education Central Region Committee, Bhopal; Member (fourteen) Two known industrialists with technical and managerial experience to be nominated by the Kuladhipati; Member (fifteen) Three members of Vidhan Sabha to be nominated by the speaker of Vidhan Sabha; Member (sixteen) An educationist in the field of technical education to be nominated by the Kuladhipati; Member (seventeen) Registrar. Member (2) The members of the Executive Council other than Ex-officio members shall hold office for a period of three years. (3) One third of the members of the Executive Council shall form the quorum: Provided that no quorum shall be necessary for adjourned meeting which is summoned after one hour.
