Ordinances

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the Ordinances may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a) admission of students to the University and their enrolment and continuance as such; (b) the courses of study to be laid down for all degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University; (c) the grant of degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions; (d) the fee to be charged for courses of study; (e) the creation of posts; (f) the framing of regulations, rules and byelaws; (g) any other matter which by this Act or the Statutes is required to be provided for by the Ordinances.
