Establishment of the Fund

Statutory text
- (1) The University shall establish a fund to be called the "University Fund". (2) The following shall form part of the University Fund, namely: (a) any contribution or grant made by the State Government, (b) any income of the University from any source including income from fees and charges, (c) any bequests, donations, endowments or other grants made by any private individual or institution.
