Statutory text

(1) The University shall constitute for the benefit of its officers, teachers, clerical staff and other employees in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government from time to time for similar officers, teachers, clerical staff and other employees, such pension, insurance and provident fund as it may deem fit but a person employed after his retirement (working in any post) shall not be entitled for any benefit under this section.
