Repeal and Savings

Repeal and Savings.-

1. (1) The Pandit Deendayal Upadhayaya Uttrakhand Vishwavidalaya Adhyadesh, 2011 (Adhyadesh Sankhya 3 of 2011) is hereby repealed and the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply to the said repeal as if the said Ordinance were an enactment.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
