Dispute between Gram Panchayat and Nagar Panchayat

If any dispute arises as to the jurisdiction of a Gram Panchayat or between two or more Gram Panchayats or between a Nagar Panchayat, Nagar Palika Parishad, Nagar Nigam, Cantonment Board, Notified Area or Town Area it shall be referred to the prescribed authority whose decision shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
