Delegation of powers by the Gram Panchayat

Delegation of powers by the Gram Panchayat (31) "Population" means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published; Such powers, duties and functions of the Gram Panchayat which are not delegated to the Pradhan under the provisions of this Act, such powers and functions may be delegated by the resolution to any committee of Gram Panchayat or Up Pradhan.
