Mode of proof of records of Panchayats A copy of any receipt, application, plan, notice, order, entry in a register or other document in the possession of Gram Panchayat, Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat shall, if duly certified by the legal keeper thereof or other person authorised in this behalf, be admitted as prima facie evidence of the entry or existence of such document and the matter and transactions therein recorded in every case wherein to the same extent as, the original entry or document would, if produced have been admissible to prove such matters.
