Share of Gram Panchayat in taxes If the Zila Panchayat decides to recover its any tax, fee or fine through the Gram Panchayat by resolution then by the Gram Panchayat within its jurisdiction determined percentage of recovered amount which is fixed by the rules shall be given to the Gram panchayat.
