Other Powers and duties of State Government in reference of Panchayat (1) The State Government may, from time to time, call after reasonable notice, a meeting of itself, the Chairman and the Mukhys Adhikari, Additinal Mukhya Adhikari/officer and if considered necessary also the Finance Officer, to discuss matters relating to expenditure from the budget grant of the Zila Panchayat relating to planning and development. (2) The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer through District Magistrate shall furnish quarterly report to the State Government about the progress of development work.
