Statutory text
A. Management of nazul lands.-
- (1) The Nazul lands transferred to the Corporation by the Government shall be managed in accordance with the byelaws made by the Corporation with the previous approval of the Government.
- (2) The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the Government from time to time, add, to vary or rescind the byelaws made under sub –section (1).
