Statutory text
Valuation when to be final.-
- (1) Every valuation made by the Commissioner under section 143 shall, subject to the provisions of section 148 and 149 be final.
- (2) Every order passed by the Commissioner under section 148 shall, subject to the provisions of section 149 be final.
