292 DA. Responsibility of persons associated in the act of illegal colonization or illegal diversion of land. -- All directors promoters and financers associated in the act of illegal colonization or illegal diversion of land along with the person who commits or abets the commission of an offence of such illegal colonization or illegal diversion shall be held equally liable of committing such an offence and shall be punished under the provision of Section 292-C.
