Certain officials entitled to attend meeting of corporation or Mayor in Council

A. Certain officials entitled to attend meeting of corporation or Mayor in Council Any officer of the Education, Public Works, Medical Sanitary and other Technical Departments whom the Government may be general or special order appoint in this behalf, shall be entitled to attend any meeting or the Corporation or Mayor in Council and address it on any matter concerning the work of his department.
