Prohibition of Corruption of water by steeping therein animal or other matter

Prohibition of Corruption of water by steeping therein animal or other matter, -- No Person shall --

1. (a) steep in any tank, reservoir, stream, well, trough or ditch any animal, vegetable or mineral matter likely to render the water thereof offensive or dangerous to health;
2. (b) while suffering from any contagious infectious or loathsome disease, bath in or near any lake, tank, reservoir, fountain, cistern, duct, standpipe, stream, well or trough, or any part of a river within the limits of the Corporation or within five miles upstream from the Corporation boundary.
