Quarrying, blasting, cutting timer or building.- Whoever quarries, blasts, cuts timber or carries on building operations in such manner as to cause, or to be likely to cause danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
