Infected building not to be let without being first disinfected.- No person shall let a building or any part of a building in which he knows or has reason to know that a person has been suffering from a dangerous disease-

1. (a) unless the Health Officer has disinfected the same and has granted a certificate to that effect, and
2. (b) until a date specified in such certificate as that on which the building or part may be occupied without causing risk of infection.
